These Terms and Conditions govern your use of cantstopart.com and any purchases you make through our website. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Your purchase contract is with Cant Stop Art. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Cant Stop Art. We may update these terms from time to time, so please review them before placing an order.

About Cant Stop Art

Cant Stop Art is an independent art studio based in Barcelona, Spain. We sell original artwork, prints, merchandise, and custom commissions through cantstopart.com. For inquiries, use our Contact page.

Our Artworks

The images on our website are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your screen will reproduce them exactly. Original artworks are one-of-a-kind handmade pieces and may have minor variations from the images shown. Prints and merchandise are produced by our print-on-demand partner and are made to order.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and artwork — is the property of Cant Stop Art and is protected by international copyright law. You may view and print pages for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.

Orders and Payment

Our website guides you through the order process. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted — acceptance occurs when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order (for example, if an item is no longer available or there is a pricing error), we will notify you and issue a full refund.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are secure and PCI-compliant.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown during checkout before you confirm your order. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders you have already placed. If we discover a pricing error on an item you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Delivery

We ship worldwide from Barcelona, Spain. Delivery within the EU typically takes 3–5 business days. International delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by your local customs authority. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

Returns and Refunds

All original artwork sales are final due to their one-of-a-kind nature. If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Prints and merchandise are made to order and cannot be returned for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or there is a defect in print quality, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Commissions

Custom commissions are subject to a separate agreement between you and the artist, including scope, pricing, and timeline, which will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Commission deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure the accuracy and availability of our website, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Website Usage

You must not use our website in any way that causes damage, impairs availability, or is unlawful or fraudulent. You must not use our website for unauthorised marketing, mass mailings, or to distribute material that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict access at our discretion.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or failures of public infrastructure. If such an event occurs, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date. You may cancel an affected order if the delay exceeds 30 days.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
