A signal from somewhere delightfully uncertain. Splashes of red, orange, yellow, and pink scatter across a black glittered ground, their restless energy pulling the eye toward a companion piece just beyond the frame. At the center, an illuminated alien visage glows from within the resin-sealed wooden surface, powered by wall or battery. The painting becomes an object that watches as much as it is watched. Abstraction becomes communication here — color behaving like a language not yet translated, inviting you to listen with your eyes.
